Today I decided to do the lawn in my family for now on, so today I mowed it and the lawnmower lets off alot of fumes! I was doing the lawn for an hour, now I feel a little lightheaded, what does this mean? It cant get you high righgt and how long before it wares off? the gas fumes were strong and I still feel it in my nose? i'm not high right?

Good news: it is very unlikely you became "high".
It is also very unlikely that the mower being used outside would give you carbon monoxide poisning.

If you ran the mower in a grage or a shed for even just a few minutes you could have created a condition that would poisn you especially if the fumes could not be ventilated.

Otherwise- it is most likely you found the smell unpleasant and associated it with feeling dizzy. You may want to take a break after 15 minutes or so when cutting the grass.
Ask yourself, "Are you in shape- generally speaking?"
If so, then it may have been a freak occurance.

I'm considering purchasing a used riding lawnmower. I do have a van but was wondering that when i do finally locate the lawnmower how the heck do i transport it back to my house? For your average riding lawnmower for suburban homes can such a lawnmower be picked up by 2 adults and placed into a back of a van or is such a unit too heavy, too wide, too tall for such a thing. How do i go about transporting it back home?

If you know somebody that has a trailer or truck and trailer see if they will go with you to pick it up otherwise rent a trailer the mower will be too heavy to lift into the van.

After changing the oil, the spark plug, the gas, the air filter, & sharpening the blade, the lawnmower is still sputtering. I noticed that when I take out the spark plug, it is VERY dirty as if it is burning instead of firing. When I clean it, the lawnmower fires up VERY strong...for about 5 seconds before it goes back to sputtering. Should I change the spark plug cable? I read somewhere about contacts needing to be cleaned. Might that be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Let's start with preventive maintenance...At the end of the season last year, did you drain the gas from the fuel tank? If not, your problem could be "bad" gas...Try some fresh gas...Make sure you have the right spark plug and the gap is set correctly...Does your mower have an in-line fuel filter? If so, that could be the problem...I would venture a guess and say that varnish build-up in the carb is the culprit...Try 2 tablespoons of fuel injector cleaner in your gas tank...If that doesn't work, consult a professional for a complete tuneup or diagnosis

Do I burn of all of the gas in my lawn mower or do I leave it in there? Does gas turn into ice? The lawnmower will be in an well insulated area but no heat will be on. In the winter its about 30 or 40 Degrees in the building.

You need to put a fuel stabilizer in it. That will keep the fuel from breaking down over the winter, you can pick up a bottle pretty much anywhere and just follow the instructions on the label.

I have a lawnmower and plans to clean it. The problem is I don't know the best ways to turn or tilt it to avoid mixing gas with oil. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you want to clean the bottom of the deck you can turn it on it's side without any problem. There is a vent on one side of the crankcase, just keep this side up and there will not be a problem. As far as oil going into the cylinder this will not be a problem. The gas will not run into the crankcase. Don't leave it on its side but to clean it it will be fine.
