Cyber Lawnmower .com

I found this mower and wanted some opinions.
1st) It has a Honda 160cc motor
2nd) It is rear self propelled (which I heard was better than front)
3rd) The next step up ($50 more) has a blade clutch so I can pick up things in the yard without shutting off the mower.

I have had a mower by them, as well as a chainsaw like the poster above. (never have any trouble with it) I would HIGHLY recommend them above any of the other brands. They make a great professional grade mower, so for simple home use, you'll never have a problem.

After 12 years my old Craftsman died. I decided to upgrade to a rear self propelled because of an incline in my yard. Much to my dismay the new Craftsman rear propelled mower was horrible! I could not cut the lawn without raising the setting so high it was hardly cutting anything. It would choke up and die every few yards. After returning it I tried another brand, Husqvarna (CS?), only to have the rip cord break after 2 uses. Brought it back and now looking for just a plain old mulcher, no special bells or whistles, no propelled. It seemed like the propelled ones only slowed me down. BTW...My yard is almost 1/3 acre. Thanks.

honda have some nice reliable mowers and they have decent 4 stroke motors (cost a bit more but worth it)

I have a decent sized yard, when I just moved in a little while ago, I thought I could use my self-propelled walk-behind mower for the job, NO, it took almost 4 hours!!! :/ So, I am in the market to buy a lawn tractor, but here is the problem, I have a sloped yard, and the Lowe's guy said to get a mower with a more powerful engine to take it on because it's not bare, it still has grass on it, anyway, my neighbor has only a 17hp mower and it poops out A LOT! So, I want your opinion, I am living in NJ so no different emission standards, and I was thinking the Husqvarna 22hp Kohler or Briggs (I can't remember) with 42 inch deck. Thanks, best answer gets 10 points, oh and could you guys include a price??? Thanks!

Those are all good mowers. But price???? don't push your luck! First of all it depends whats on sale and whats not. And prices do vary a little from store to store. You should have mentioned your price range because that will certainly be the major factor in determining which one to get. Those are all decent mowers that you mentioned. But if it was me I would get a John Deere Garden Tractor or a Toro Zero turn type. These go for about 1700-2200 dollars. Right now they are desperate for business so you might be able to get them with 0-3% financing. Those dealers offer their own financing so go to the dealership and crunch some numbers with a sales rep and don't feel obligated to buy cause they may make you feel like "you have to buy it now". I am glad you didn't mention Craftsman that shows you are wise. I stay away from Craftsman- as my local lawn mower repair guy calls them "crapsmans" which basically have been ruined by Krappy Kmart who now owns Sears.
