John Deere 39 Mower

Answers

Can someone help me with a lawn striper (not stripper). It's is for a John Deere Riding Mower rear wheel 39 in

It's for a John Deere Riding Mower with a rear wheel base of 39 in. I'm trying to start a lawn care business but being only 14 i don't have a lot of money :$ So if someone can give me step-by-step instructions on how to make one or send a link to me. I might be a little picky about saying this but i don't want to duct tape weights on a plastic sheet a zip tie it to the mower. THANKS

i got ya covered
you need a 5 in PVC and one swim tube you know the floaty rods
and 1 maby 2 bags of concrete
and 2 ends to fit the pvc
and about 2 full lead pipeing 1/4 in
and some fittings
if this is cheaper than the striper i will tell you how to build one
ps if you can land some wheels from a big wheel push mower great . and with a few modifications you can use it as a aireator that will earn you another 5 to 10 bucks per lawn

Current Sickle Bar Mowers on eBay

General Information About Sickle Mowers, or as some people call them "Sickle Bar Mowers

The sickle bar mower was one of the first mechanical mowers for mowing and many of these are still in use today. Typically they are used on fairly small farms.

These mowers are sometimes referred to as reciprocating sickle mowers because the cutting bars move back and forth against each other. The cutting bars usually had five cutting blades and each of the blades was about seven inches long.

Small by todays standards, these had a cutting swath of between five and seven feet.

As with a lot of things they had their advantages and they have their disadvantages too.
