I am in the process of looking for a new mower. I have always liked Gravely and currently own a 1990 Gravely Pro 50 Walkbehind ( 50", 16HP Briggs & Sttraton Engine). And i was wondering if any one knows how much the Gravely 152 XDZ 52" commercial zero turn lawn mower cost new. Thank you

Well heres my short story....i mow quite a few lawns with 1 good zero turn mower!!!! my grandpa gave me 2 really good zero turn mowers that have just now both given up! they both ran great but now its time to get a new one. one was a Woods and the other was a grasshopper.
so now i need a good dependable zero turn mower for under 2500. i don't care if it is used. What would you say would be the best brand for me to buy a used one?
the two other mowers were 25 years old before they died... or maybe older.

im wanting to buy a new commercial zero turn lawn mower for my small lawn mowing business i had a commercial series cub cadet and i didn't it im considering a scag or a johndeere
I would go with Toro Z-Masters commercial series of zero tuns.
I work for a Landcape supply store company and we use a Z-master to cut our 6 acre feild in front of our shop. This mower can finish in a good 2.5hrs at a good pace.
I have a John Deere Z-trak zero turn
I would say that john deere are much beter for homeowners

You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to drive a zero turn mower, but it sure would be less painful if you were for most zero turn mowers. Operators that run zero turn mowers for cities, landscape companies, commercial cutters or acreage owners know what we are talking about. Running a fixed frame zero turn for 6 to 8 hours a day, everyday is very taxing on the body, especially the lower back. Anyone that has operated these units for that long has felt this in some way, shape, or form. Even mowing you own lawn for 2 to 3 hours once a week I am sure you have felt like you have gone a few rounds in a boxing ring when you get off.
Landscape companies, commercial cutters and acreage owners there is a way to remedy this problem, oh and not to mention INCREASE productivity.
