While removing the lawn mower blade for sharpening I tipped the mower to the wrong side and the oil must have spilled into the motor as it only runs at about half-power now and stalls and sputters constantly. Is there anyway to flush it out or will it eventually burn itself off the parts ? It must not have leaked into the carburetor as it doesn't smoke when running. There is no service centre near me and I must do all my own repairs.

Tipping to the wrong side means that it was tipped with the air filter pointing down toward the ground....A very common mistake made.....This does in fact foul the air filter..........

The idea of removing the spark plug and pulling over might help. But I am guessing that if you check your air filter it will be soaked with oil....Unless it is a foam filter it will need to be replaced.

Just for grins remove the air filter and run the mower.....I bet it runs at max warp when you do so..........

Remember when tipping to clean or sharpen blades that the unit needs to have the air filter up to the sky..........

When you do in fact correct the problem be sure to check the oil and top off as necessary........

I have a mini bike.. It goes 20 mph.. THATS SLOW! But if i put my mom's lawn-mower motor.. It will go 70 miles! Now i wont go 70 miles on public property.. Maybe at an empty dirt-base or something.. If it safe? Or will my mini-bike get to hot?

You will not be able to go 70mph with the lawn mower engine. You need a gear box to get going that fast. Not to mention the even with the small frontal area of a mini bike you'll need over 15 hp to do 70 mph, and there aren't too many 15 hp lawn mowers.

But do it anyhow. Experience is the best teacher.

I need to pull a pully off the bottom of a lawn mower, do they make a puller, and where can i find one

If you need a puller, try renting it from you local tool rental. This in combination of the Hammer/Wd-40 method works well. Just be careful you don't bend your pulley out of shape.

Will it spin the tires for a little bit and then go? Or would it just be better to use a motorcycle engine? If so what type of engine?

It all depends on the gear ratio. Or in other words the transfer rate of engine speed to power at the wheels through gears.
