Did anyone buy the toy lawn mower at Cosco recently ? ?
There's no make, just says Parents on it, bought from Costco last week. Makes a terrible terrible kinda grinding noise. Just wondering if this is normal for the toy, or if I have a faulty one. Please let me know if you think you have this same lawn mower, and if yours is so loud (also blows bubbles).

I was cutting my backyard and my lawn mower made this weird sound and cut off. When i tried to restart it, the engine seems to struggle to turn on before failing. It sounds like something is lose in the engine.
Now about 50-60 yards earlier, i ran over a tennis ball that my dog plays with. I thought i had cleared my backyard of toys and debris, but apparently the tennis ball was hidden in the high grass.
Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
With out being mechanical inclined, there's too much to teach you on an engine In a forum, added to this-you could have about ten things I can think of wrong, unplug the plug wire, roll the engine over by hand, does It feel like the rods coming off the crank, or pull the flywheel and see If you sheered the timing key, Is the blade falling off, does It have oil? hhhhmmmm
an engine needs 4 things to run, air, fuel, compression and spark, get a buddy over and give him free beer and food while he repairs It
I have an older craftsmen mower that I want to turn into a fun little toy to reach "high" speeds. any suggestions to help me reach my goal?
For the cheapest way to hit that speed you should go to the top of a really steep hill & start coasting. lol
Try taking the blades off & then changing the gear ratio for higher speed.

What is it with children and little things that roll on the ground and make popping noises? You know: those loud little things that in concept seem like an interesting thing for a little child, but end up being fairly trying to anyone in close proximity. Well with the Little Tikes Mulching Mower, you can just take that outside.
This is one of those fairly durable Little Tikes plastic deals. It looks like a little mower except the colors are all bright and primary.
When will the toy manufacturer learn that if you’re making a toy for a child that is supposed to look like something an adult would have you, might as well complete the illusion by getting the colors right. He is still at it, going in as straight a pattern as a three year old's attention span will allow, and angrily throwing toys he finds out of his way. . . just like his father.
