My grandfather is a Snapper fan for as long as I can remember. He bought a blue lawnmower about a year ago that turned on a dime. After 1 summer he decided to get rid of it. He said it wasn't as pretty of a cut as the Snapper. He said it bounces to much.

I am in the process of looking for a new mower. I have always liked Gravely and currently own a 1990 Gravely Pro 50 Walkbehind ( 50", 16HP Briggs & Sttraton Engine). And i was wondering if any one knows how much the Gravely 152 XDZ 52" commercial zero turn lawn mower cost new. Thank you
around 4000 to 5000 thousand
I have a little over/under 3,000 dollar budget. I would like a deck width of atleast 34'' and up to 42''. I know the toro at home depot is a good buy and is ranked high by consumer reports. Is there any dixon, exmark, hustlers, etc for under 3,000? Also does anyone know a website for used zero turn lawn mowers besides craigslist and ebay?
I've seen John deere zero turns for 2999 at Lowes. I personally would never buy a John Deere but for a small budget they are a good buy.
How would it hold up until I get a commercial grade ex-mark zero turn radius lawn mower?
As long as you do proper maintenance,it should hold up fine.
Does Expiration Of Liquidity Facilities Mean A Steeper Curve ...
Not for a while. The bad news is that a truly economic, price competitive lithium battery is still some ways off. The problem with exploding batteries. The Department of Energy is pouring money into lithium research on an amazingly wide front. The car companies aren’t buying it, and are sticking with proven nickel metal hydride batteries. Unlike past battery car movements, this one is not going to end up crushed in a junkyard. (SQM), (ENS), (XIDE), (CHP), (ZBB).
As the Fed is ever-so-gradually shifting toward a tightening posture, many have wondered what will Bernanke's actions mean for the bond curve. With various liquidity facilities set to expire this month, and the recent discount rate hike already having been priced in, there has so far not been a muted response by the bond market, although over the past few days we have seen an odd tendency, albeit minor, for curve tightening. We say odd, because as Morgan Stanley points out, the Fed's actions, coupled with an unwillingness to actually hike rates, should be one benefiting ongoing steepening. Then again, the problem with that logic is that at this point going steep is like buying Greek CDS today: it pretty much means sloppy hundreds, with very few greater fools left over (and without the opportunity to arb a naked-short position via another nearly busted GGB auction). The silver lining is that at least the government will not go after you with an arrest warrant: after all the government wants nothing else more than a vertical yield curve. A brief analysis by MS details the argument for why steepening makes all the sense in the current environment where the long-end is looking increasingly shaky courtesy of marginal liquidity contraction, all the while risk-flaring episodes such as those in Dubai and Greece will likely keep the short-end well bid for months, if not years, to come.
