Scotts 2000-20 20-Inch Classic Push Reel Lawn Mower

First of all, I had to spend hours tio put the lawn mower together! Then, when you try to use it, the screws come apart and the mower falls apart. I had to take it apart to return it to TARGET who then refused to take it back bec it was beyond their 90 day cut off, even though I had the receipt! Then I hjad to take it basck home. I called and complained to the Target Manager! He told me to call Scotts directly. They are never there. But today I got through. They refuse to even handle the complaint bec it is manufactured by John Deere and they told me to call them! Can you believe it??? Now I’m calling the TV Consumer Reporter.
