I have been separated since nov 08 and he paid the bills up to april so I don't care about support until may 09. It just seems like I thought I was going to get help with the kids. He haws since bought a house a riding lawn mower, a 32 hd tv and furniture. Something doesn't seem right here. thanks for your answers

Your child support starts when the papers are filed. The COURT sets the amount to be paid each month.

When he don't pay he is in contempt of court. So if you are not receiving what he owes take him to court. Sue him for non payment and arrears.

Ask the judge to put a lien on his income tax refund.

Since he is not paying there are forms to fill out requesting the money be taken from his check each week and paid through the court.

Oh, and sue him for your court costs too since if he had been obeying the court order you would not have had to take him to court.

Driving around on a nice Toro 8/32 Professional riding mower.

not sure if the bouncing around and stuff is safe or not this far along? what do you think? Its also VERY hot outside about 100 with high humidity, but I can drink lots of water and take a break to take care of that, we have a large lawn. Any advice? My hubby can do it but I want to help out, I feel like I dont do anything anymore! He wants me to stay inside but I thought maybe someone else could give me their opinion.

Also there is no need to be rude - I am asking because I do not know. I do not want to harm me or my baby...other wise i would not be asking--I would just be out doing it.

Oh sweetie, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and even though I know you want to help out around the house and what not, it may be best for you to stay off that riding lawn mower. Especially since it's that hot out. I was doing some yard work a few days ago and it was around 99 degrees outside. I got out there in the garden and started working. I had my spray bottle to keep me cool and a big bottle of water to drink. Even though I had those things, I got a really bad case of heat stroke and ended up passing out in the garden. Luckily my hubby was watching me and helped me get back inside where it was much cooler. and easier to deal with. When I woke up, I felt so sick. I called the nurse at my health care provider and sure enough, I had gotten an incredibly bad case of heat stroke. It was no fun at all. Please stay inside. I know that you want to help, but maybe today you should take it easy. I'm sorry that people are being rude to you. Best wishes to you and yours <33

just purchased a dana spicer 402719 mower transaxle to replace a faulty tecumseh/peerless mst206-545c transaxle to go on a craftsman riding mower. i took off the rubber plug at the top of the transaxle to see if there was gear oil in and didntee anything in there.so i put 32 oz. of lucas 80-90 gear oil in it ,runs good,just wanted to know if 32 oz. was enough?
