Its a TORO 10682 Lawn-Boy 195cc push mower

the handle is broken, and i wanna find out what the specific part is called so that i can buy a new one instead of replacing the whole thing

EDIT: Ok second details, there is a mechanical clutch that needs attention, either adjustment or repair. Follow your linkages down tto a unit just above the the blade since you say you have no belts it must be directly under the engine, if the mower is relatively new it is probably an adjustment.If the mower is older you may have to replace the clutch assembly.
